Forestal Los Lagos S.A (FLL is a Chilean company
created in 1991 by forestal del sur an dis today a
joint venture between an American Investment Fund (80%) and Forestal
del Sur's sister company Bosques del Sur (20%). Its objective is the establishment of
eucalyptus globulus platations in order to supply
woodchips for the pulp and paper industry.

ATLÁNTICO SUR
Forestal del Sur S.A. owns 50% of Forestal Atlántico Sur S.A.R.L. (FAS) and its Uruguayan partner, the other 50%. FAS supplies from Uruguay sawlogs to China and woodchips to Europe and the Uruguayan domestic market. Forestal Atlántico Sur’s chipping facilities are next to Montevideo port and it is able to process 360,000 BDMT per year.
